RETURN POLICY
According to the Consumer Protection Law:
To protect the rights of consumers, online shopping consumers enjoy the hedging period for 7 days. If you need to return your products, please contact the customer service for assistance within 7 days.
1. Keep your invoice.
2. To return the goods, the item must be in new status and in a complete packaging. ( including the main product, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents, gifts, etc. ) Please do not miss any part of the components or damage the outer box. If there are any damaging, missing parts, expiring 7 days hesitation, missing of coverage materials or the circumstances that lead the products unable to sell to another customer. The item would not be refunded or returned.
3. Items that cannot be returned:
A. Natural material products will cause slightly different in color, surface, line, etc. And with each unique product, it’s will not be regarded as a defective product, consumers may not request for the return and replacement.
B. The colors of our goods on the website are not a quality problem. The shooting lights, computer resolution may cause some difference in color between the actual product and the photo on the website. Please refer the actual product as the correct one.
The products may not be refunded or return due to the small color difference.
C. Our customized product like the special texture sofa is not refundable. This customized service is according to our customer’s needs. The item will not be refunded or change the design after the order was placed.
D. For other circumstances that are not covered in this notice and lead to the damage, disappear or the change of the item, J & M Plus Co., Ltd keep the right for further explanation.
E. After the furniture has been delivered, the delivery fee will not be returned. ( Not including the damaged or defected goods )
